Stunning Wedgwood blue transferware historic plate - "Pilgrim Exiles". The back is marked "Wedgwood, Etruria, England". The inspiring inscription on the back reads:

The plate measures 9-1/4" across and is in excellent condition with no chips, cracks or damage. There is some slightly darkened crazing on the back of the plate, typical of its age. The workmanship is superb and the coloring is a rich blue. A genuine piece of history.
